A couple days back I received this short report from Venture Communications on “Synchronized Marketing”.  The notion of Synchronized Marketing is to extend Integrated Marketing to the whole organization — what the academics have been telling us for years, which is that the market needs to drive the organization.  A bit of a wake-up call to us all, I’m afraid.  Worth reading.
