Agile Development

Agile development processes are a little different from the traditional approach.  They focus on iteration, feedback, and incremental feedback.  Todd Jefferson has written a great piece over on Simply Relevant describing how we use those processes at Iotum

Steve Eichert blogs on the value of Agile Development Processes.   We use extreme programming as our process at iotum.  Its emphasis on quality, iterative development, and customer engagement have a lot of affinity with how startups really work.

Scoble the evangelist
