Flipping the Bozo Bit

David Warren’s latest piece in the Ottawa Citizen this past Sunday continues his diatribe on traditional morality and the Catholic Church.  While we appreciated his theories and insights into the Gulf War, we’re turning him off on this issue.  Janice hasn’t read the last few, and I honestly found them repugnant.  The stuff he’s writing doesn’t belong on the editorial page of the newspaper for the National Capital of Canada.   Thank goodness we get the Globe and Mail too.  Warren’s getting circular filed until he comes to his senses. 

  

David Warren gone bonkers

In Judas Rising David Warren has gone off the deep end.  He attempts to link the "Fate" of Canada with the internal struggles of the Catholic Church in Quebec, moralizing the whole way.  He refers to Pierre Trudeau as the "arch-apostate Catholic", and the current situation as Trudeaus "satanic legacy".  The same-sex marriage debate has apparently put him off his wheaties.
