Considering how beneficial multiple lines/multiple mailboxes/call redirection to cells etc is. Considering any old pc can provider the donor horsepower I guess it's just 'know-how', check out www.Cognation.net/Asterisk for a 60 second overview if you've never heard of Asterisk before.
