I want to say thanks to the Skype PR team for saving me some time. You see, Skype 4.0 looks like a fine piece of software. And it looks like I won’t need to attend the press and blogger event tomorrow at noon. My invitation to “learn about the future of Skype” is tomorrow, June 18, at 12:00 noon. Apparently, everyone else I know was invited to the cocktail reception before the party, and that’s where the news happened. Embargo, for those in the know, was lifted at 4PM PDT today.
So, from one busy CEO to another, thanks Josh Silverman. You saved me an hour out of my day, plus the effort of writing a review.

I join you Alec. I was waiting for the call but it becomes useless now. Bad PR.

you didn't get a call because you're a nobody
And that makes you an anonymous chickenshit nobody… right?
