		<description>While Comwave may be smart by holding out for a better offer from Apple, it&#039;s not anything positive for its goodwill if, in fact, it&#039;s the hurdle keeping the iPhone out of Canada. 
 
As for cheap data plans, I&#039;ll believe it when I see it. :) </description>
