Betamax, I simply think its time you guys provided your customers with a working email and also with a working Phone number.
People have views and simply need you to clear them.

It just pulled 200Euros from my dad's MasterCard as someone obviously stole his account. It appears that they have enabled "automatic recharge" so that it would just pull the money. Also they forwarded his number to some exotic HIGH price sexy phone and just kept making the calls.

He didn't just lost his credentials, so someone must been working from the inside.

Until this incident he's been using it for few years with only mysterious charges for free calls. :D But still the price was good.

Sadly Betamax introduced this "automatic recharge" that only allows scam and really doesn't give any real benefit.

Hey! open a reseller account with €300 since Dec 2010 and until today i have not been able to use it. Your service commercial & Support has not been helpful. And recently my balance has depleted by €100 with traffic from my account. I have called Customer care over 25 times and took my details but nobody contacted me. :( why?????????

They are guilty of other forms of fraud. I've personally (and corporately) experienced their fraud. VoiceTrading and SIp Traffic are 2 of the firms we were doing business with (as of this past week). They don't charge according to their published rates. I have over 900 calls (in a few days) to one of their destinations where their published rate sheet shows that prefix at .014 but they charged .0845 a 600% overcharge. Those who use this group of VOIP providers already know you must maintain a possitive cash account with them to draw funds from, so they take the liberty of overcharging and removing the funds from your account without your ability to challenge. I have sent in documentation and emails to both of these firms as they are both guilty of fraudulent charges. You are hereby warned - they are dishonest and not a trustworthy company to do business with - you have been warned

As I was unable to make a single call, i claimed to Pypal andI got a refund. Since then I got all my accounts blocked. No way to use them. They say there were fraudulent payments but of course, this is not trus. I0ve always been paying through paypal...

I used paypal option with 12voip.com it worked fine. The service / quality can be a bit variable even with a reasonable broadband speed. Hope this helps.

I also when trying to add credit get errorcode message 1200. Send voipdiscount.com requests for help and all they say is to try a different payment method.

Has anyone tried using paypal as an alternative payment option? That is what I am thinking of trying.
