I think the audio / video synch problem is reflective of the quality of the logitech test app. I didn't see this with Skype in the same way. The PC I used was a Acer Core 2 Quad, with 3G of memory, and a dual head ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro video card with 256M of memory. Skype recommends a minimum dual core processor for high quality video.
