		<description>If I had to make a bet, the reason its on Nokia phones is because the Nokia platform SDK has hooks to allow these things to happen and the others do not.  I know the Windows Mobile platform to some degree and I can tell you that many of these features are just not implementable on phones like the Q.  Hell, they don&#039;t even let you sync the time on the device to the network time...
