		<description>I don&#039;t see what the big deal is about this. Please help me understand if there&#039;s an underlying benefit that I&#039;m not seeing. I&#039;m already doing this with the Phonegnome. My brother in Nicaragua has the Phonegnome configured with an IPKall number and, with a Grand Central account, we&#039;re able to get a local number in South Florida that gets forwarded to the IPKall number, which in turns rings my brother in Nicaragua. It works beautifully! </description>
