Wanted: Accurate Traffic Statistics

by alec on November 25, 2006

Calacanis has published instructions on how to game Alexa ratings with as little as three machines. It seems to be easy enough to do, which is the reason why I abandoned Alexa rankings.

The world needs a service which can deliver accurate traffic rankings and statistics.  Not something based on installing a browser plug-in, but rather a tool that accurately ranks sites.  Seems like it ought to be something that Google should do.
