Tom Keating has posted a transcript of his call cancelling Vonage — quite humorous, since the rep clearly doesn’t know who he is. I had a similar experience cancelling both Vonage and Packet8 recently, and I still have two Bell Cellular accounts that I intended to cancel but ended up falling for one of their on the phone tricks. Thanks for reminding me about that unfinished business Tom!
