Now this is a clever idea. BlogTalkRadio lets you turn your podcast into a talk radio show. Register as a host, pick a time, and start podcasting using either a headset or a regular phone. Your callers can call in and talk to you, and participate in the podcast using either a telephone or a headset. BlogTalkRadio takes care of the originations, terminations, scheduling and making a copy of the podcast available afterward.
Cool!

Very very cool. This could be a great tool to run a "webinar type event" or even an enterprise communications strategy in support of a roundtable event at a conference!
It would be great to see BlogTalkRadio offer “closed room” events where attendees had to either pre-register or be invited to attend events. Such a feature would extend the products reach to corporate / business users wanting to offer webinar type events.
Philip we do offer a service for private rooms. It is in beta. If you are interested sign up as a host and then send an email to feedback@BlogTalkRadio.com requesting to become private. As a private host your show will not display in the guide and you would invite your listener.
