Inflight data and voice services seem to be really hitting a wall these days. First it was Verizon killing Airfone, and now it looks as if Boeing may put Connexion (their inflight data service) down. I’ve never experienced it directly myself, but I’ve certainly had several Skype calls from Andy Abramson, while he’s been in flight. Rather than restrict this service to first class, though, it should be at every seat. I could certainly have made good use of it on my trip back from Europe this past week.
