All too often a new management team bereft of entrepreneurs and visionaires takes a vision they were handed and kills it. In my experience that is the norm rather than the exception.

Great blog by the way............we're aggregating you on our new Canadian investment site www.inveslogic.com

I started it after I handed over my last company.........to a manager without any vision it turns out.
