		<description>My issue of Business2.0 arrived yesterday, I just finished reading and was about to post a congratulations to you and Howard and the team. You are an bleeding edge user, but the problems Iotum helps solve are starting to affect mainstream users. Kristin was talking how it would be nice to be able to route her electronic messages like her staff does for her with phone calls.
