VoIP Saves Money!

Consumer Reports has a comparison of VoIP providers plans this month. Amongst other findings: users are saving $20 to $50 per month.

We use PhoneGnome. Our long distance bill for October and November was $8.

The comparison of VoIP providers was nowhere near comprehensive, at least in the sense that they picked a few providers over the the hundreds in the US. I think the only non-LEC/Cable provider they used was Vonage, and while they're big, there are certainly "better" ones out there.
