Agile development processes are a little different from the traditional approach. They focus on iteration, feedback, and incremental feedback. Todd Jefferson has written a great piece over on Simply Relevant describing how we use those processes at Iotum.

I agree Alec – Agile is important – but it's always been a development process (perhaps without the coolname ) that startups – or small team have used. In the UX (user interface and beyond) world that iterative process is even enshrined in ISO – iso13407… a good primer on this is on the

Absolutely Mitch. I think that's one of the reasons I was comfortable with the methodology early on. Elements of it were familiar!
