		<description>Paradoxically, Dan, I think that&#039;s why we&#039;re so fussy about the application process.  We&#039;re not autocratic, at all.  We need folks who do quality work, think for themselves, and don&#039;t have to be motivated by a manager breathing down their neck.

		<description>I agree, to be able to read and follow direction is important; however, a manager that is not strictly autocratic is required in the development world.  PS: I saw your latest job posting and am intrigued, from what I see the questions you ask on them are similar to the short ones my prof would ask on quizzes.
