Alright. The Canadian Blog Awards are on, as you may well know already, and this blog is a candidate for Best Business Blog. Well, through a little (ok, minimal) cleverness, I’ve been able to determine that this blog is currently ranked DEAD LAST in the voting. It’s only behind by 15 votes, but it’s still last place. So click on the Maple Leaf below, and go register your vote (for this blog, naturally…). Thanks!
P.S. The voting procedure is a little strange, but you can actually vote once a day, every day, this week. So, vote early, vote often, as they say.
P.P.S. You don’t have to be Canadian to vote either… you’re simply voting on the best Canadian blog.

Prior to this Alec was the CEO and co-founder of Calliflower — the easiest way to hold a meeting, online, on a conference call, or on the go. A double-decade veteran of product management and marketing, he spent nine years at Microsoft where he helped launch Windows 95, the first two versions of Internet Explorer, the Universal Plug and Play initiative, the push into home markets, opt-in email marketing and what might well go down in history as the very first direct email list ever.

I think it's all in the positioning. Maybe you could ask them to put your name first on the list for the last few days. I'll take the Chicago advice : Vote early, and vote often.
