They're going to horizontally and vertically integrate across the entire Microsoft product-line. They say they will build a product, and a hosted service. I think there are opportunities for smaller players to slice out pieces of this vision and execute. Microsoft is building an aircraft carrier, and we're buildng a speedboat.
