Broadsoft Acquires Carbon Twelve

by alec on September 14, 2005

Carbon Twelve, the innovative builder of toolbars for the Broadsoft platform has been acquired by Broadsoft.  Ever since I encountered Carbon Twelve a year ago, I wondered how long until this would happen.  Their products, miPA and miReceptionist, were good, but intimately tied to Broadsoft.  First inklings that there might be something up? Ray Trevisan, Carbon Twelve’s former VP of Sales, sent me a Plaxo card a couple of weeks ago to say that he had recently started consulting in his company OTG PTY Limited.
