Ballmer and Gates made a whole series of these for company meetings, including one where Ballmer was a secret agent receiving a package in one of Microsoft’s underground parking garages, and another where he was seen yelling "Windows, Windows, Windows" over and over again. The captains of industry ought to have personalities, and this guy has one in spades.
