Ontario government to lift electricity cap. Goes into effect April 1. Hmmm… maybe I CAN keep the hot tub running this winter.

Interesting. I wonder how many cableco’s will fork over 90% of voice revenues to Net2Phone. VoIP firm Net2Phone starts franchise effort. The Net-phoning company says it has raised $63 million to bankroll a franchise program designed to make it easy for cable service providers to offer voice over Internet Protocol plans.
