Just discovered Popdex. This little ditty tracks websites by the number of sites linking to them and the "importance" of those sites. Interesting idea… a sophisticated variant on google…
And, speaking of google, check out froogle. Froogle searches e-commerce sites for the products you want. I’ve been thinking about this for all of at least two years. It would be very cool to expose inventory, pricing etc to an engine like this.
