Drinking a bottle of Rocca delle Macie Chianti Classico, year 2000.  The Manotick LCBO has mountains of this wine in their Vintages corner, priced at a very reasonable C$15.95.  The bottle has been open for about 30 minutes now.  It has a fruity nose now, but was a little alcoholic smelling at first.
